What up y’all! Coming to you live from Corvallis, Oregon - currently 30+ hours into painting the interior of my home as I prep for sale.
Feels good to work on something meaningful while blasting Morgan Wallen and Lainey Wilson.

Let the games begin
Between building patios, helping my parents move, and painting this house, these labor-intensive days have reminded me how much I love working with my hands.
Going to bed exhausted, knowing that feeling was earned.
And yet, for the first time during sabbatical, I’ve actually felt fear around what comes next.
The next 1.5 months are planned (house prep, help parents move, wedding), but come mid-August, I still have no idea.
Keep traveling?
Relocate and find a job?
Keep working to find that calling?
But what if the calling isn’t ‘calling?’
These are real fears I’ve been battling.
Amidst the fear, however, I still believe that deep down, something is in the works.
My path has unfolded in such an unexpectedly beautiful way that I trust the dots will connect backwards.
So instead of trying to figure out my entire future, I’m continuing to follow the breadcrumbs with intentionality and expansiveness.
When an opportunity feels aligned, sounds interesting, or sparks my curiosity, I’m diving all in.
Head first.
Because why not?
At this point, I really have nothing to lose.
I’m treating this season like one big experiment: discovering what doors open, what doors close, and which paths are worth pursuing.
Breadcrumb > Action/Experiment > Evidence > Path
(I also believe an important way to discover what we want is by first discovering what we don’t want)
Breadcrumbs:
A local yoga legend invited me to explore teaching at her new studio. Sounds like a conversation worth having.
My first meditation client loved the session. As did I. That’s feedback.
While buying bedsheets at Goodwill, one book caught my eye, Leap.
“Leaving a Job with No Plan B to Find the Career and Life You Really Want”
Needless to say, I bought the book
And… this is the first time I’m sharing this publicly: I’ve recently partnered with Emerald City Smoothie as an ambassador.
Breadcrumb.
Let’s put in work and see what happens.
🌱 For you: this week, notice your breadcrumbs.
The conversations that give you energy.
The work that makes you feel alive.
The people that light you up.
The thing you can’t stop thinking about.
Then do something with it.
Because if there’s anything I’ve learned, it’s that action breeds clarity.
Cheers to the adventure 🚀
🧘♂️ Mindfulness Tip of the Week
Tip: The Big Sigh
Action:
Take a slow, deep inhale through your nose, letting the breath fill your belly.
Open your mouth and release a forceful exhale.
Let it out with an audible “ahhhh” as you naturally sigh.
Repeat 3-5 times.
Then pause.
Notice how your body feels.
Value: A deep sign is one of the body’s natureal ways of releasing tension. It interrupts the stress response, encourages relaxation, and brings you back in the present moment.
Use it anytime you notice stress, tightness, overwhelm, or simply need a reset.
Enjoy 🌱
